Shipping

Most items should reach you within 7 days. A standard US shipping rate of $10 will be applied to your order at checkout. Custom tailored items from our Signature collection take about 6 weeks to produce and will incur international shipping charges. You will be contacted about the charges immediately after placing an order.

Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is returned in saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. Custom tailored items can only be exchanged for the same design. Should you wish to return merchandise, simply contact us by email at info@diraatelier.com to arrange for the return with the original receipt.

Dira Atelier honors the privacy of our customers, and treats your information with confidentiality. We do not rent or share email addresses or otherwise make personally identifying information available to others.
